Terms of Service

App Syndicate provides a monthly membership that may include UGC production support, design assets, development work, strategy calls, and related founder services as described on our website or at checkout.

Services are provided on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope may vary based on your plan and reasonable monthly limits.

Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at signup, currently $299 per month unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or explicitly stated.

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, app, and project needs. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables, providing timely feedback, and approving work before launch.

You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to request work that violates platform policies or applicable law.

Upon full payment for deliverables created specifically for you, you receive rights to use those deliverables for your business as agreed in your membership scope, unless otherwise specified in writing.

App Syndicate retains rights to its pre-existing templates, tools, processes, and general know-how. We may showcase non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

App Syndicate provides creative, technical, and advisory services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, downloads, rankings, or conversion results.

Membership content and consulting are for informational and operational support purposes. You remain responsible for your product decisions, compliance obligations, and go-to-market execution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Syndicate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid to App Syndicate in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
